Missoula School Bus Rodeo Free For All Interested This Weekend
Big bus? No big deal.
That's the assurance from certified CDL trainers who will be on hand to assist anyone who has always been curious about what it takes to skillfully handle a school bus. You have that opportunity free of charge both Saturday and Sunday.
LIFE'S A "BEACH"
Every summer, Missoula's Beach Transportation hosts their annual “Bus Rodeo” events, the first of which are June 29-30, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. both days. Get ready to try something new! The rodeos are free and open to the public for free.
Ever wondered what it might be like to drive a school bus? It might look big, but honestly, the pros at Beach say it's no big deal. And they'd love to show you how it's done.
ALL ABOUT SAFETY
Beach Transportation is a local family-owned business. And while the School Bus Rodeo is a fun event that might hopefully attract some new recruits to the driving team, they are dedicated to the community and the safety of the most precious cargo, western Montana children. Every year Beach Transportation stays involved with multiple community events to help promote the safety of our kids, such as Kids Fair, Fall Kids Fest, and Safe Kids Day.
That commitment to the community has been steadfast for nearly 85 years.
There will be another School Bus Rodeo weekend later on this summer, but for now we hope you can hop on the bus and get behind the wheel this weekend. No appointments are necessary, just show up ready to drive.
If you need more information you can call Beach Transportation at 406-541-6740.
