The University of Montana's Iron Griz: American Bistro recognizes that Missoula summers are where it's at.

The seasonal Iron Griz: American Bistro is set to reopen for the summer next week.

Iron Griz gives Missoulians an awesome patio experience right at the entrance of the University of Montana Golf Course.

It's open to the public throughout the summer. Even if you don't golf, you're welcome to swing by and have a drink and some food on the patio.

Iron Griz uses a lot of locally grown produce, which is always a plus for me. I like to see local businesses supporting local farmers and other local groups.

Iron Griz is "part of the University of Montana's Farm to College program," which focuses on Montana-grown food on campus.

Patrons have until September to dine out at the Iron Griz.
