On Friday, I drove down the bitterroot to Stevensville, I had been talking about the American Legion Post 94 in Stevensville having their annual Crab Feed for the community. As I pulled in, the building had all the charm of a school house from the turn of the century, and as I walked in the door, I could see where at one time it was an old school house. I met folks from the community of Stevensville and the bitterroot, all were warm, friendly and welcoming to their community event.

I met up with Bill and Harry from this chapter of the American Legion, and as you see the video, you will get a taste of community and America. If Stevensville is a reflection of small towns in Montana, then, I'm looking forward to my adventures this spring and summer.
