You've probably heard by now, Missoula is trying to coordinate a plan to end homelessness in our area within the next 10 years, which sounds like a great idea. The leaders behind this are the United Way of Missoula County, Missoula Coordinated Entry System, Missoula Housing Authority, and Reaching Home. Tomorrow (Tuesday, March 6th) there is a meeting to discuss this collaborative effort which is being launched with an effort to house 40 people experiencing homelessness in our area by the end of March.

The meeting tomorrow is set to begin at 10am and located at the United Way of Missoula County at 412 W. Alder Street (parking available in the United Way parking lot to the North of Alder, off the alley).

If you feel strongly about ending homelessness in Western Montana and specifically the Missoula area you can reach out to Erin Steele to R.S.V.P to the event tomorrow by calling 549-6104 or email erin@missoulaunitedway.org.
