Making the Cover of Montana Woman Magazine

It is an honor to be featured in the April issue of the Montana Woman Magazine. I am proud to be able to represent this great state and my fellow women in it. 

I actually had no idea I would be on the cover! I did know that I would be featured in the magazine in a fishing spread. April is a great time for fishing, as a matter of fact one of the best. Also, April happens to be the month my grandma passed and is where the story of me fly fishing a lot starts.

Submerging myself in Montana beauty and lifestyle is what saved me when I was in a hard place in my life.

I just love to fish so it was perfect to be able to go out on the river take some photos and talk fishing, radio, my life and fun. Andrea Blair did the writing for the article and I just can't wait to read it. They were even able to snag a fellow fisher as the photographer, Mr. Wayne Murphy from JMK photography was the one who grabbed the great cover shot and many more featured inside.

What is a Montana Woman? To me, they can be so many things and look so many different ways. The one thing we all have in common is our love for this great state and all the beauty in it and around us.
