Low-Cost or No-Cost Way to Score a Bike in Missoula Saturday
Wanting bikes for you and your family and having a bike budget do not always go hand-in-hand.
If that's your situation, you definitely want to check out an amazing opportunity to acquire bicycles in excellent condition. And while the emphasis is on kids, adults will be able to benefit from the event as well!
BICYCLE BAZAAR
Join Free Cycles and friends this Saturday, April 6th, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, for the Annual Bicycle Bazaar. The Bicycle Bazaar is a flea market style community cycling event designed for "bicycle novices, enthusiasts, sellers, buyers, and curious neighbors alike." Expert technicians have been donating their time to assemble and rejuvenate bikes just for the event, getting more people riding bikes while raising funds for Free Cycles.
OPTIONS, CHOICES, ACCESSORIES, TOO
People looking for a bike will have options to purchase bikes from Free Cycles or the community. There will be lots of bicycles in all styles, sizes, and prices. Project bikes from the warehouse will be two-thirds off normal price: $10 instead of the typical $30! Free helmets, free bikes for kids ten and under, and other bicycle necessities will also be available.
You must take your purchase with you upon the sale. Free Cycles is located at 732 South 1st Street West. A pillar in the Missoula bike community, Free Cycles has a multitude of programs and services, including Open Shop, Build-A-Bike, Parts Pickin', Youth Cycles and more. If you'd like to find out more and learn how you can benefit, volunteer or contribute, check them out here.
