I’m Addicted to These Fruit Bowls
You've probably seen businesses that are juice places but also have these awesome topped with fruit but has a ton of healthy stuff.
Some are called acai bowls, berry bowls, power bowls... whatever you want to call them they are all pretty similar. A puree base topped with fruit and chia seeds, maybe almonds depending on where you go.
There are quite a few companies that do these bowls. I usually get extra protein powder and flax seed. Flax is rich in omega-3 fatty acid which is a great addition. They have tons of different combinations of these things and they are so much healthier then what I normally get as a snack or even lunch.
