Hey Two Players Of The Week. Very Cool!

KYSS FM congratulates a couple of University of Montana Grizzly football players (OK a Bobcat too this ONE time); Eastern Washington takes a big dip and suspends a key player for one game....

So first things first: Congrats to the Big Sky Conference defensive player of the week, Griz linebacker Caleb McSurdy for his 17 tackles and forced fumble and the special teams player of the week, Griz Jabin Sambrano for his electrifying, nobody-touched-me 96 yard  kickoff return. And okay, 'cuz he's from Frenchtown we'll congratulate the offensive player of the week too, Montana State running Cody Kirk. So, Eastern Washington dropped from 1 to 10 in the Sports Network rankings coming into their game agains the Griz here in Missoula Saturday. And their running back Mario Brown is suspended for one game for throwing a punch. It should be an interesting  afternoon. DB
