Montanans Have More Sexual Partners Than Most States
I've been really tryin', baby. Tryin' to hold back this feeling for so long. And if you feel like I feel, baby. Then c'mon, oh, c'mon, whoa. Let's get it on.
The great Marvin Gaye sets the mood for the scandalous subject I'm writing about today...
The Average Number of Sexual Partners by State
Bespoke Surgical, a "private proctological and anal plastic surgery practice based in New York City," conducted a study to find which states have the most sexual partners on average.
First off, how do you get into proctology or anal plastic surgery? Is that something medical students want to pursue?
Second, here are their findings:
Montana Averages 25 Sexual Partners
Montana ranked 11th in the nation for most sexual partners in their lifetime, with 24.9 partners. Without giving away too much of my personal life, I thought that would have been in the mid to high range, but then you see Rhode Island or Arkansas, where they have, on average, 52 lifetime sexual partners.
FIFTY-TWO!?
There is no way, right? The Rhode Islanders and Arkansans have to be messing with us.
"Americans report having an average of 20.3 sexual partners over their lifetime, up significantly from 14.7 in our 2021 survey. That marks an increase of nearly 40% in just five years." - BespokeSurgical.com
Our neighbors haven't gotten as lucky as Montanans. Idahoans average 11 partners; South Dakotans average 10. Wyoming and North Dakota weren't included because of limited survey responses.
