They may only be able to work on the play, "Shovel Snow XY Right/Make Snow Angel Z" but the Griz will scrimmage. With only three football practice sessions so far, leading honors candidate Jordan Tripp (pictured) and The University of Montana Grizzlies will hold their first scrimmage of spring drills this Saturday, March 23. The action gets underway at about 1:00 p.m. in Washington-Grizzly Stadium. It's free and open to the public. It's the first of three scrimmages planned for UM this spring. And like most early-season scrimmages it will have a situational format. Expect them to run 90-100 plays. Anyway, if you're chompin' at the bit to get last season out of your mind and start getting fired up about 2013 Griz football, here's hoping you can attend. DB
