It's a great day to be a Griz as a Bozeman kid leads and awesome defense!!! The 5th-ranked University of Montana Grizzlies played perhaps their best defensive game of the season and the Griz offense made some huge plays at critical junctures as Montana dominated Montana State in Big Sky Conference Football action in Bozeman this afternoon, 28-14. The Grizzlies improve to 10-2 on the season. MSU falls to 7-5 and can hang up their uniforms for the season. Junior running back Jordan Canada scored two touchdowns, including one with 1:49 to play to answer the Babcats' first offensive touchdown of the game. Montana senior linebacker Brock Coyle, a Bozeman native, had a game-leading 12 tackles, two stops for loss, two forced fumbles and a sack. We would be shocked if the Griz don't get a buy next Saturday in the first round of the FCS playoffs, but we'll know for sure Sunday morning at 9:00 on ESPN U. For now, Griz Nation: Savor and celebrate!  DB
