Garden City Harvest Pumpkin Party Oct. 12th

It's almost pumpkin carving time.  I say "almost" because it's not quite October yet.  And in my world it has to be October before you can attack a gourd with your carving tools of choice.

And what's the worst part of pumpkin carving?  I would say the slimy strands of pumpkin guts that can't seem to make their way into the bowl or stay on the newspaper that's been meticulously placed on the ground.

But here's some good news.......you can avoid all the mess that comes with carving pumpkins when you have some fun with the Pumpkin Party at PEAS Farm. 

They'll pick a bunch of pumpkins - you just show up ready to carve.

Carving and admission are FREE and pumpkins cost between $7 and $10.  And they'll provide all the kid-friendly tools needed for your masterpieces.

Hooray!  No mess to clean up.

Feel free to wear a costume for extra fun.
