Here's a chance to help cure symptoms of cabin fever and get the kiddos involved in a little outdoor adventure.

The Fort Owen Ranch and State Park in Stevensville is hosting a Mid Winter Youth Conservation and Education Expo on Saturday, February 15, from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. There is no admission charge and everyone is welcome to attend.

You're encouraged to bring those elementary, middle and high school youngsters for a fun outdoors event. There will be booths and food available. One of the highlights will be a presentation by Raptors of the Rockies at 2:00 p.m. in the big barn right off Eastside Cutoff Road.

Kids will also have an opportunity to experience archery, horse packing, bear identification, fly fishing, shooting and more. Sounds like a pretty good way to spend a family Saturday.
