Fly Fishing From a Kayak for My First Time

Luckily this wasn't a full on kayak but it is a sit-on-top kayak and so it made it easier to fly fish from and especially with two fly rods.

This is such a great lake to be on but is not the easiest to fly fish on. I took two rods out on this kayak and was on it for my first time so it was a little uneasy at first but I actually felt comfy quick once I got my fly rods in place.

It could get a little bouncy while casting and I had some wind at the same time so there were a few sketchy times. Ashley lake did not disappoint as far as views but I didn't catch a fish on the kayak.... I still have that to do.
