Five Back-To-School Tips
The first day of school! So exciting, scary and approaching fast. There are lots of tips, advice and reminders out there for parents and students for back-to-school. These are some tips that helped me or I wish I would have done when I was a kid.
Being a child is not easy and school has never been super easy, some students adapt well and others don't. Some love this and some love that, it's diverse world and so some tips and guidance is needed for all.

Start Prepping for Bed
One of the hardest things about starting school that kids and parents say alike, is the getting used to the sleep routine. Kids naturally stay up later during summer months and need to get used to going to bed earlier and getting a good night's rest.

Healthy
There is a lot of information out there on helping kids be healthy so it doesn't effect them in the long run. That is very true. If your kids takes a lunch encourage and help with healthy snacks, and if your child eats lunch at school educate them on eating right and if they can they will.

Back-to-School Shopping in Spring
Back to School shopping can be tough and expensive... so there are some ways to combat that. One of the biggest tips is buying clothes for winter in spring for next year. Most times 8 months the fashions are pretty similar and you are saving a bunch of money

Breakfast
I know you have heard it time and time before. "Breakfast is the most important meal of the day"...it really is! Starting your day off with energy is key. Eating something is so important when you have hours before lunch and are suppose to be absorbing information.

Night Before Organizing
One of the many things my grandma told me was if I set myself up for school the night before so I wouldn't worry about it in the morning and be rushed.
