Kids Will Delight in Fairy Tales & Superheroes Sunday in Missoula
Make memories for your children and relive a little of your childhood, too.
A Carousel for Missoula invites one and all to their annual Fairy Tale and Superhero Festival, this Sunday, July 20, from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. Attendance and participation are free to all.
The event takes place in the grassy area next to A Carousel for Missoula and that magical play land, Dragon Hollow. A Carousel For Missoula is hosting this fun family event where children can interact with local princesses, superheroes and assorted fairy tale characters. There will be crafts and activities, music, dancing, singing, stories and much fun to be had by all! Costumes are encouraged but not required.
For those who may be new to Missoula, or those who have been here but are not familiar with A Carousel for Missoula, it is a must-see signature attraction to the downtown Missoula area. Built to provide the community of Missoula a new option for good, old-fashioned fun, the Carousel continues to entertain the children (and the adults) in our area with rides on the beautifully crafted horses as well as with family friendly events, like the Fairy Tale and Superhero Festival.
Whether they're helping children celebrate a special day or seeing families come together for a little playtime, they are honored to be part of what makes Missoula so special!.
And Dragon Hollow adjacent to A Carousel for Missoula was the combined effort of artists and consultants, a playground architectural firm and local play area experts: the students of many local grade schools. You can't get much more expert than that.
A Carousel for Missoula wanted to make sure we thanked the Fairy Tale and Superhero Festival sponsors who make this free event possible: Stockman Bank, Cats on Broadway, McGowan Water, Mismo Gymnastics, AND MOST IMORTANTLY, your Fairy Godmother!
