This is hours before the parade even started! it shows well how packed it can get in Dublin, Ireland on St. Patty's Day. 

My friend Chance, who is a great musician and world traveler is in Ireland right now at the best time of year. He planned it that way of course! Check out this great video. Even in the short time there is you see, hours before the parade begins the streets are packed.
