I have to admit, I have seen a few recipes on this and was skeptical to try it, as I have never been a huge fan of oatmeal. This, however is not your ordinary oatmeal. It is delicious. It keeps the grainy oatmeal texture and doesn’t turn into mush like it does when you cook it. This is super simple and super delicious.

Easy Overnight Oatmeal

1/2 cup oatmeal

2 teaspoon flax or chia seeds

2-3 tablespoons craisins

2-3 tablespoons coconut flakes

milk

Put all the dry ingredients into a bowl or jar that has a lid. I like to use a 1/2 pint mason jar. Mix all of the dry ingredients, then pour milk onto the mixture until the milk reaches the top of the mix. Put the lid on the jar or bowl and leave it overnight. Take out of the fridge in the morning and eat.
