Kettlehouse Brewing Co. is facing a problem. Their beer is too popular. They have to stop deliveries to Helena, Great Falls and Kalispell. The state mandates that breweries that have tasting rooms on site must limit themselves to no more than 10,000 of production annually. The high demand for Cold Smoke Scotch Ale has made it difficult for Kettlehouse to stay below that limit. So they’re going to limit themselves to distribution in Missoula and Bozeman.  That way they can still sell the beer in their taprooms. Beer drinkers in those cities are lamenting the fact. How can they do without their Cold Smoke? I can see it now, heavily laden cars with 5,2 and 7 leaving Missoula in the dark of night.
