If you need more drama from the Dutton family, don't worry, more Dutton drama is on the way.

If you haven't noticed, the television show Yellowstone starring Academy Award winner Kevin Costner has been beloved by fans and critics that they are now in production for their fifth season. The popularity of the show has helped them have launch spinoffs like 1883, which shows the Dutton family traveling and getting set up in Montana. Now, there is more Dutton family drama on the way.

Taste of Country announced that Taylor Sheridan, the co-creator of Yellowstone, is developing another prequel spinoff of the Dutton family titled 1932. The prequel series will showcase the Dutton family during the Western expansion, prohibition, and the Great Depression. These situations are all going to be turned into fantastic storylines for the upcoming show.

Yellowstone currently airs on the Paramount Channel, and 1883 is an exclusive show on Paramount's streaming service Paramount+. According to Collider, 1932 will also be a part of Paramount+ exclusive content. These decisions will only help gain Paramount+ more subscribers to find out the history of the Dutton family.

Are we excited for another show about the Dutton family in Montana? Of course, we are! Yellowstone and 1883 are primarily filmed in the Big Sky state and use local extras on shoots all the time. Adding another high-profile show to Montana will only help broaden Montana's profile for movie and television productions. The previous two shows film around Missoula, Bozeman, Darby, and other spots in Montana.

There is no word yet on when 1932 will start its production, but we figure they will probably start soon. Plus, we can't wait to see who 1932 adds to the cast. Yellowstone stars iconic stars such as Kevin Costner, Kelly Reilly, and Cole Hauser, while the prequel 1883 starts country legends Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, and legendary actor Sam Eliott.

As soon as we find out more information on the production, and where they might be filming 1932, we will let you know.
