A Thank You Note

I thought this note summed up nicely what KYSS-Mas for Kids is all about and what you folks mean to those kids.  We'll keep it anonymous but here goes:

I just wanted to say thank you for all the hard work you put into the KYSS-Mas for Kids event. We are so lucky to be able to take 10 kids from our program shopping this year. Some of the older kids start asking me about it in September because they are excited for it. It is great to have an event that they look forward to.. A 6th grader who is new to the program this asked me three times if he could buy whatever he wants and each time he says, "Wow, that is so cool." They keep thanking me and I just keep telling them it is from the community. It means a lot to them and I wanted to relay that. Thank you for all you do for us.

That 's you, folks! You  are that community that means so much to these kids. I know it's been a couple weeks since we did the fundraiser, but it's never too late to let you know how much you are appreciated. DB
