You and I Can Own A Submarine Base

Kids, I think I've found an amazing investment opportunity for us! We can own a secret submarine base! The Royal Norwegian Navy has put up a secret, mountainside submarine base for sale. The pictures I saw make it look like something Dr. Evil might duck into. Big old hole that looks like it had a giant sewer pipe shoved into the side of the hill. It's officially called the Olavsyern Naval Base.  Now,  it was a NATO-built project back in 1967. They spent $494 million to have it done, so I'm thinking the asking price of $17 million is a steal! So, who's with me? Come on! I can't be the only Montanan out there struggling with where to retire my submarine!  DB
