Wind Advisory from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory that will run from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. Forecaster Jeff Kitzmiller says winds gusting to over 40 miles per hour are expected throughout the day.

One week ago, a strong windstorm uprooted trees and downed power lines.
