I'll start by saying I've never had sushi!  Is that weird?  I guess the thought of eating raw fish never ranked very high on my wish list.  But when I stop and think about it I really don't know why.  I'm a fish fan so odds are pretty good that I wouldn't dislike anything I tried.  I guess I'm not very adventurous when it comes to my eating.  But I might have had a breakthrough today when somebody mentioned that I can have cooked fish as part of a sushi meal.  Well now, that might change everything.  Maybe I just need the baby steps.  Start cooked and work my way up to raw.  We'll see.
