Will Montanans Follow Baby Name Trends?

First, if a little one is on the way into your life in 2017, we want to say congratulations and wish you all the best.

And if you just can't see naming your baby after one of the radio announcers here, well, we understand. We acknowledge that our names just aren't on the "trendy" lists. :-) But here are some from national surveys that are.

For girls, the most popular baby names are currently Olivia, Sophia, Emma, Mia and Isabella. For the boys, there are lots of little Liams crawling around, along with Ethan, Noah, Daniel, Sebastian and Alexander. For the first time in quite awhile, "Michael" is trending a wee bit behind.

Whatever name you choose, we hope your baby is happy, healthy and above all loved.
