According to a new survey, Americans can't leave home without their mobile devices-- even for one day. The survey by the USC Annenberg Center for the Digital Future and Bovitz, Inc. found that nearly one-third of respondents said if they left home without their mobile device, they would go back for it no matter how much time was needed to retrieve it. Twenty-eight percent said they would go back home if it took ten minutes or less. While 23 percent of respondents said they would never go back home for their mobile devices, millennials -- those between the ages of 18 and 34 -- appear to be more dependent. Only 12 percent of millennials said they would not return home for their mobile device regardless of the distance. The survey also found that men are slightly more likely than women to go back for their devices.
