A Wednesday afternoon crash on Reserve Street stalled traffic on Missoula busiest street for several hours.

Missoula Police Department Spokesman Travis Welsh said the accident occurred just after 1 p.m.

"Missoula Police, fire and EMS were called out to a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of South 5th and Reserve Streets," Welsh said. "Officers arrived to find two pickup trucks traveling in different directions and collided in what appeared to be an angle crash. One vehicle traveling southbound had four occupants, including two adults and two children and the other appeared to be occupied by a single adult male. Extracations were required apparently for both drivers. One male driver was transported to the hospital, while all other injuries appeared to be minor."

Welsh said the investigation into the crash is ongoing.
