The 64th annual Montana Science Fair is coming up Monday, March 18 at the Adams Center on the University of Montana campus.

High school and middle school students from across the state will present their research findings. The public is allowed to view the exhibits on Monday from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. and again only from 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 19. The awards ceremony will be held shortly after that. Over $15,000 in prizes and scholarships will be awarded.

BUT, would you like to be a little more involved than just being a spectator? Volunteer judges are still needed, as it takes so many to make this a successful event for these deserving kids. If interested you can click on the Judges and Volunteers button on the University of Montana Science Fair website. You can also contact Science Fair Director Earle Adams at 406-830-7620, or earle.adams@mso.umt.edu or coordinator Michelle Quinn at 406-243-4866 or michelle.quinn@mso.umt.edu.

Here's wishing all those bright and talented Montana kids the best of luck.
