Virginia Man Runs 78.6 Miles to Raise Money for Boston Marathon Bombing Victims [VIDEO]
Running a marathon is not easy. However, try running three marathons back to back. That is one marathon for each person killed in the recent Boston Marathon bombings.
According to WUSA in Virginia
Frank Fumich is a take action kind of guy. He's an ultra distance runner and will run about two marathons a month. After the bombings, he knew he had to do something. Frank got on his Facebook page and discovered many of his runner friends also wanted to do something. He decided to plan a run and set a goal of raising $26,200, for the 26.2 miles of a marathon, and deliver it to Martin Richard's family. But the run would be the equivalent of three marathons.
