Turkey Trot Raises Funds for BR Food Banks

A man-sized turkey will be strolling downtown Hamilton Monday, raising money for the Hamilton food bank - Haven House. Mayor Dominic Farrenkopf also is Director of Community Life at Sapphire Lutheran Homes, which is sponsoring the "Turkey Trot" fund drive Monday, November 18. Dominic says he'll carry a cornucopia in which you're invited to stuff some cash. He'll be trotting throughout the morning and afternoon in the vicinity of Main Street in Hamilton.

Next Monday, November 23, he'll be in Stevensville during the morning - Turkey Trottin' on Main Street, raising money for Pantry Partners. In the afternoon, he moves to Darby, looking for cash to support the Darby Bread Box.
