Tough Way To Lose A Game

Can you imagine? You have not won a single game all year. You score a touchdown to tie the score with 4 seconds left against a pretty decent team. All you gotta do is kick the extra point and at last! There's 1 in the win column. And then

there's the penalty flag and your team is called for an illegal block in the back and you lose the game and remain winless. And then your conference comes out and admits the officials made an incorrect call! That's what happened to Northern Colorado in their loss to Portland State on Saturday. The Big Sky Conference said today the call that likely cost them the game was wrong and apologized but nothing can be done. So NC remains winless and PS remains in contention for a playoff bid. Wow.
