Thanks to people getting the vaccine, we're now able to put on events like the annual Big Sky Car Show. So, it looks like they're going to pay that forward a little bit at the event itself.

The Big Sky Car Show is taking place this Saturday, June 12th at Big Sky Brewing, and it's a long list of awesome activities that they'll have going on there. And now, you can add to that list that the Missoula City-County Health Department will be on hand with their mobile vaccine clinic, set up at the Big Sky Brewery Amphitheater and administering both single-dose shots of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine and the two-dose Pfizer vaccine.

The mobile vaccine clinic has been a popular attraction at all kinds of events over the last few months - some local breweries have teamed up with them for different promotions, and I even saw one while I was walking around downtown during First Friday last week.

At first, I wasn't sure how effective the mobile unit would be, because I figured anyone who wanted the vaccine would have made an appointment to get it done as soon as possible. But they must be finding some success from people getting the vaccine on impulse while walking around, because they do seem to be popping up everywhere.

So if you're planning on heading to the Big Sky Car Show this weekend and you think to yourself, "Hey, I'm still unvaccinated!" - well, now's your chance to kill two birds with one stone.
