If the glamor and glitter of Hollywood pulls you away from us, we'll miss you but we totally understand.

Destination Missoula wanted us to say, "ACTION!"  Calling all movie star wannabes: extras are needed for a movie shoot in the Missoula area and they will be casting for parts this weekend, Saturday and Sunday, July 29-30, from 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. both days. It sounds like a great opportunity for almost anybody---experienced extras, theater actors, students, cowboys, retirees, ranchers and others who would just like to experience a few days on a movie set.

They are looking for male and female extras, kids aged 6-18 as well as adults from age 18 into their 70s. You could get a part as a cowboy, townsfolk, ranch hand, livestock agent, police officer, mourner, etc.

Bring photo and resume if you have them. They don't make that sound like a requirement. They are casting for approximately 100 men, 50 women and 20 children. Filming is scheduled for mid to late August in the lower Bitterroot Valley.

Be prepared to check in and wait and know your sizes for wardrobe inquiries. The casting call is at the Holiday Inn Missoula Downtown, 200 South Patte Street. "WELCOME" sign in main lobby, check-in and waiting area in lower atrium.

Good luck! Hey, we knew ya when, right?
