So Long, Matt Dillon

It was rare when the family missed an episode of Gunsmoke when I was growing up....

And my oldest brother was the hugest fan in America, I swear. I think he wanted to be Marshal Dillon! Even had a similar voice. Well, the marshall---James Arness---passed away of natural causes today. He was 88 and I guess it was just time to get out of Dodge. Thanks for over 20 years of  TV memories, Matt.  DB
