Traffic is expected to be a little slower than normal near the Broadway overpass on Reserve Street both July 22 and 23.

"What we're doing is a routine structure inspection, we bring up a big snooper-truck with a crane, we get underneath and look at the structure," said Montana Department of Transportation Maintenance Chief Steve Felix. "What we're going to do, starting Tuesday morning, a little after 7:00 a.m., is we'll be setting up traffic control up on the northbound lanes on reserve street. We'll be closing down the right hand driving lane until around 2:30 p.m. for that inspection."

On Wednesday, the southbound lane of the overpass will be reduced to a single lane for about the same amount of time, between 7 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. The ramps onto Broadway will remain open.
