Gee, I was just going to toss mine on the spring burn pile, but maybe I need to rethink that. And of course there's always the big recycle drop-off locations, too. But a ranch in Collbran, Colorado (Grand Junction area) is offering to pick up discarded Christmas trees so they can feed them to their goats. Gives them a little extra roughage. Now, just in case you think goats may not care for Christmas trees, one of the ranch folks says that they can have a good sized tree consumed in less than an hour. And leave a lot of piney poop behind, I'm sure. DB
