Popular Montana Pizza Restaurant to Offer a Boat-In Option
During the pandemic, businesses had to innovate ways to serve customers. We saw a huge push for different "curbside" pickup options. Walmart opened dozens of parking spots to curbside pickup. Walmart even amped up its grocery delivery service. But, they are not the only ones who innovated. It seems like every big box retail location offers curbside service now. All a person needs to do is simply order what they want online and someone will bring it out to your car.
Restaurants also innovated with curbside service. Just about every restaurant with online ordering has a parking spot dedicated to curbside service. It was innovations like these that helped the retail and restaurant industries survive the pandemic.
Mackenzie River Pizza will soon be opening a new location in Bigfork and Woods Bay.
According to a recent post on Facebook
The Best Pie in the Big Sky is coming soon to Flathead Lake! Accessible by boat or car, our new spot in Woods Bay at Saddlehorn Marina is the perfect pit stop for your summer adventures. You’ll be able to order in-person, over the phone or through our River Rewards app!
Being that Mackenzie River Pizza has its own app and online ordering, does this mean that it will also offer "dockside service?" It currently offers "curbside service" at its many other locations.
Wouldn't that be a cool way to end a day on the lake? Ordering ahead on an app and having them bring your food directly to your boat. Talk about living the dream.
