This is a great recipe for the cold fall and winter nights ahead. It's easy and filling!

I have been into seasonings lately and the great thing about chicken is that many seasonings go with it and can easily change your recipe and overall taste/theme of dinner. This is easy chicken, rice, broccoli, cauliflower and mushrooms with a small garnish of orange and cucumber.

Ingredients:

  • Cut boneless chicken breast
  • mushrooms
  • broccoli
  • Cauliflower ( or a bag of mixed vegetables already cut)
  • Butter
  • Rice desired

Cook chicken with whatever spice you want in a pan with butter and a little olive oil. Saute vegetables in another pan, and make rice as instructed and there ya go pretty easy meal. The garnish really added to it, and I loved the orange mixed with some rice.

Easy meals can really help the night go smoother after being able to put together a warming nice dinner quickly is every parents dream. This recipe can be made in instant pot but vegetables can easily be soggy.
