Need Ideas? My Daughter’s Picks From the Toys “R” Us Gift Guide

When we get to this part of the year it starts to feel like the days fly by at a faster rate than they actually do. Every day feels like two and the next thing you know it's Thanksgiving and then Christmas. As we sit here today - there's less than 65 days left in the year! How in the world did that happen?

I had the realization yesterday that we need to seriously start thinking about Christmas shopping around my house. November 1st is coming at us fast and furious this weekend and we haven't had a single conversation about how to attack the wish lists this year. The Amazon toy guide came in the mail last week and it's amazing how so many items can bring out the "I want that" from a two-year-old and a six-year-old.

If you need to get crackin' on some holiday shopping but don't know where to begin.......Toys "R" Us just released their picks of the season with Geoffrey's Hot Toy List. Of course, we don't have a Toys "R" Us in Missoula, and most of their actual stores closed a few years ago, but you can check out the list and purchase online HERE.

I told my six-year-old daughter to pick 10 items from the list and this is what she chose:
