Let this article be the reminder to decompress and kick the stress to the curb. Long work hours aren't worth your eye twitching.
Take it from someone whose eye has been twitching on and off for a few weeks now. I don't know if it's work or dehydration, but I probably should get that under control, eh?

Ok, enough about me, let's talk about the rest of you hard-working beasts. WalletHub released a study titled "2025's Most & Least Stressed States."
With April being Stress Awareness Month and 77% of adults being stressed out by the future of the nation, the personal-finance website WalletHub today released its report on 2025's Most & Least Stressed States -WalletHub Communications Manager Diana Polk via email
WalletHub looked at several factors broken into 4 subcategories:
- Work-Related Stress
- Money-Related Stress
- Family-Related Stress
- Health & Safety-Related Stress
Montana was placed 21st on the list. Nothing crazy to stress about. The worst ranking was in the "Heath & Safety-Related Stress" category at 12th in the U.S. and our best ranking was 30th in both the "Work Related Stress" and "Family-Related Stress" categories.

Do those rankings feel accurate? I don't think Montana is a stressful state to live in. There are some expensive aspects and some inconveniences about Montana, but I do not believe it's a stressful state.
We live in the mountains! How bad can it be?
New Mexico was deemed the most stressful state, while Nebraska was deemed the least stressful.
