Montana Grizzly Softball Team Fundraiser Scheduled

The third annual "Meet the Team" dinner is set for the University of Montana Grizzly softball program.

This has been a very successful event for this young program, giving fans a chance to meet members of the team, along with head coach Jamie Pinkerton, last year's Big Sky Conference Coach of the Year.

The dinner will be Friday, February 3 at the Holiday Inn Missoula Downtown. Social hour begins at 5:30, with dinner and program starting at 6:30. Tickets are just $30 for adults, $20 for kids 12 and under. There will also be live and silent auctions.

The event comes the day before Montana hosts Montana State in a day-night basketball double-header and just a week before the softball team opens its season in Cedar Falls, Iowa.
