Montana Has Picked Its Favorite Fast-Food Fries

I love French fries, and I don't think they get the respect they deserve.

If you're like my girlfriend and me, we eat out at a restaurant several times a week. It's probably not the smartest thing for our bank accounts, but we do it regardless.

Anyways, if we're eating out at a bar and grill or some place with good old-fashioned American food, there is a really good chance I'm getting French fries. I haven't really thought about it, but I eat so many damn French fries.

It certainly can't be healthy for me, but I won't be ridding French fries from my diet anytime soon; that's for sure.

Montana's Favorite Fast Food French Fries

The content team at High Risk Pay, some kind of credit card processing payment website, surveyed 2,500 people across all 50 states to find the best fast-food French fries.

No surprise that Montana's favorite fast-food French fries come from the big golden arches and McDonald's.

"McDonald’s ranked No. 1 overall, earning the highest average fry rating at 7.3 out of 10."

"McDonald’s also dominated the state-by-state results, taking the top-rated spot in 36 states."

There were only five fast food restaurants represented in the study: McDonald's, Five Guys, Arby's, Chick-fil-A and Bojangles.

Washington, North Dakota and South Dakota were all team McDonald's. Idaho, Wyoming and Colorado were team Five Guys, and Utah was team Chick-fil-A.
