MT Adds 158 COVID-19 Cases, 296,619 People are Fully Immunized

As of Friday morning, Montana has confirmed 107,873 positive COVID-19 cases. Montana's COVID-19 case tracking map shows 158 new confirmed cases. There are currently 1,003 active cases in the state.

596 cases were reported last week and 692 cases were reported the week before.

According to the Montana Department of Health and Human Services, 672,851 COVID-19 vaccine doses have been administered and 296,619 Montanans are fully immunized. In Missoula, 92,272 doses have been administered and 39,615 people are fully immunized.

According to state statistics, 105,311 Montana residents have recovered from COVID-19 and 65 people are currently hospitalized.

The number of tests increased by 3,898 over the previous 24-hour reporting period, for a new cumulative state-wide total of 1,277,793.

The state COVID-19 related death toll increased from 1,557 on Thursday to 1,559 on Friday, according to state health officials.
