Open Letter To Missoula Residents: Don’t Forget How Good We Have It Here During The Summer Months
Last weekend was an impeccable time to be in Missoula, Montana. Saturday was a perfect weather day with nothing but sunshine and warm temps.
Pair the perfect weather with the year's first Farmers' Markets and Montana's original Brewfest and it was a 10/10 Saturday.
Missoula, we have it so damn good
As I was walking around Caras Park, I had a grounded, in-the-moment thought that made me feel like a hippy.
I thought to myself, "My god, I am so lucky to live in Missoula."
The vibes were immaculate downtown. There were so many people indulging in cold beers from the brewfest, mouth-watering food from the local food trucks, leftover baked goods from the farmers' market and all while listening to great, local, folk music.
Everyone was happy.
It was a moment that had me reflecting on how freaking awesome Missoula is and how lucky I am to live here.
Those beautiful Missoula summers..
Let's check the Missoula summers till quickly. We have 3 different farmers' markets downtown. We have Out To Lunch and Downtonight tonight offering up favorite food truck options.
We have professional baseball with a beautiful view.

We have picturesque trails, a serene river to float down, a breathtaking amphitheater and so many small-scale events that make it feel like Missoula is the best community of all time.
I've lived in some great places and visited many more. I've lived in big cities, little cities, small farming communities and the suburbs, but none stack up to Missoula.
Be thankful you live here and don't take it for granted.
Much love, Missoula. Keep on rocking on.
