What’s Happening in Missoula This February: Events You Can’t Miss

Here's what's going on this February in Missoula:

107th University of Montana Foresters' Ball

I haven't been to the Foresters' Ball before, but I've heard from multiple people that it's a great time. The Ball begins on Friday, February 6, at 7 pm and again on Saturday, February 7, at 7 pm.

There's live music, haircut opportunities (no, seriously), marriage and divorce opportunities (no, seriously), and you can lock your friend in jail (no, seriously).

Missoula Fire On Ice 14th Annual Hockey Game

It's the yearly battle between the Missoula Structure Firefighters and the Missoula Wildland Firefighters. The festivities kick off at 6 pm on Saturday, February 7, at Glacier Ice Rink. 

It's free to attend with silent auction items, a 50/50 split-the-pot, chuck-a-puck and "Danny's Raffle."

2026 Griz Dip

BRRRRRRRRR!

The Polar Plunge returns to the Missoula County Fairgrounds on February 21 at noon.

Proceeds benefit Special Olympics Montana. The event has already raised $5,000 with a goal of $25,000. Help them out by signing up for the Griz Dip today. If you are brave enough to endure the ice-cold water...

Ian Munsick at Adams Center

Country star Ian Munsick performs at Adams Center on Friday, February 27, at 7 pm. 

I know several University of Montana employees are psyched up about this one, because of Munsick's song Mountain Time welcoming Griz fans to Washington-Grizzly Stadium for every Saturday home game.

15th Annual Winter Brewfest

On Saturday, February 28, from 1 to 6 pm, the Winter Brewfest returns to Missoula.

"Shake off the winter blues and enjoy some brews!" - Missoula Downtown

There are over 40 beers, seltzers, and ciders solely from Montana that you can try out.
