Miss April Has Seen a Lot of Aprils

It's not a new idea, but you still got to give the facility and the gals a lot of credit. And I bet they had a blast!Associated Press tracked down The Women of Pleasant Pointe Assisted Living (Akron, Ohio) calendar, featuring female residents in their 80s and even 90s. And they are not exactly sitting in rocking chairs knitting! A couple of examples AP gave us were 87-year-old Miss February taking a bubble bath and another resident covered only by a large exercise ball. Then there's the centerfold: two gals in their 90s who appear to be playing poker with a lot of oversized cards placed just so! :-)

The models were reportedly giggling and "acting like 20-year-olds during the shoot. And what is really cool is that proceeds from sales of the $12 calendars help buy shoes for needy children.
