The National Weather Service is warning residents along the Red River on the ND/MN  border to be ready for flooding again. Forecasters say the river could crest at one of it's five highest levels ever. A previous flood had the Red cresting at 38 feet and this year it could go higher. The city of Fargo has a reported 750-thousand sandbags filled and they're planning to fill at least another 250-thousand.
