Luke Bryan will celebrate his birthday in St. Louis on Friday (July 17). His Kick the Dust Up tour will be packing the Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre for a second straight night, but that doesn't mean he'll be without family on his special day. Wife Caroline will be there, and if tradition holds, the singer can expect a gift he won't be able to share with fans ...

"She gets really, really thoughtful with birthdays," Bryan recently told Taste of Country Nights radio. "And she gets really, really creative with birthday cakes, so ..."

Are you wondering what that means exactly? Well, keep wondering. We scoured his social media pages for pics of old cakes, and he's not sharing. "Half the time they're not anything I can post," the "Kick the Dust Up" singer tells us with a laugh.

It's not clear if Bryan's boys will also be in St. Louis to share his birthday, or his birthday cake. The Kick the Dust Up tour is one of the top country tours of the summer, featuring Dustin Lynch and Randy Houser. Recently he played Nashville, bringing Florida Georgia Line and Thomas Rhett along with him. One highlight from the show left everyone saying "Awwww..." Watch it here.

Bryan visited ToC Nights to talk about his upcoming studio album Kill the Lights. His fifth album is set for an August 7 release and will features songs like "Kick the Dust Up," and "Home Alone Tonight," a collaboration with Little Big Town's Karen Fairchild.

Sam Alex is the host of Taste of Country Nights radio, a syndicated night show which airs on more than 60 Townsquare Media Group stations nationwide.
