Las Vegas Cab Driver Returns 300 Grand

Even Elvis walked out of the Little White Wedding Chapel to give this guy a hug.Las Vegas taxi cab driver Gerardo Gamboa figured somebody left a bag of chocolates in the back seat of his cab. He finally decided to take a look just to be sure. The bag contained $300,000 in cash! The money belonged to a poker player. I don't play poker but it would seem to me that somebody who did with that kind of loot would pay more attention. But I digress. Mr. Gamboa had already picked up his next passenger when he decided to see what was in the bag and asked the rider if he would vouch for the fact that it contained all that cash. His employer has named him their driver of the year and given him a $1,000 bonus along with dinner for two. No word on what the gambler rewarded him but I hope he at least doubled down, huh? DB
