University of Montana Athletics, its multimedia rights holder Grizzly Sports Properties, and Townsquare Media announced today it has finalized an agreement to extend their longstanding
radio broadcast partnership through the 2017-2018 season.  This six-year extension will allow KGVO 1290 AM and 101.5 FM to remain the Grizzly flagship station for Montana sports exclusively in Missoula.

“This has been, and will continue to be, a great win-win relationship,” Grizzly Sports Properties General Manager Nick Garner said. “KGVO is the perfect partner to help us continue to grow and
expand the Griz brand throughout the Missoula Valley and the state of Montana.”

Under the terms of the agreement, KGVO 1290 AM and 101.5 FM will air all University of Montana football, men’s basketball, and women’s basketball games, as well as the coaches shows
and the daily “Grizzly Update” report throughout the week.

We continue to value the partnership and are very pleased to be the flagship station for the Grizzly Sports Network.”
